{"id":13662,"date":"2019-09-16T11:11:07","date_gmt":"2019-09-16T18:11:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.roryc.ca\/blog\/?p=13662"},"modified":"2019-09-16T11:21:33","modified_gmt":"2019-09-16T18:21:33","slug":"how-much-homebuyers-are-willing-to-pay-for-property-in-prime-areas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.roryc.ca\/blog\/2019\/09\/how-much-homebuyers-are-willing-to-pay-for-property-in-prime-areas\/","title":{"rendered":"How Much Homebuyers are Willing to Pay for Property in Prime Areas?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It\u2019s no secret that location can have a huge influence on how a home is priced, and a new report from Century 21 Canada shows just how much homebuyers are willing to pay for property in prime areas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The report is based on a survey of the real estate franchisor\u2019s local offices scattered across the country, and Century 21 acknowledges that the process \u2014 they\u2019ve ranked markets based on typical price per square foot \u2014 isn\u2019t exactly scientific.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c[E]very office and province tracks statistics slightly differently.
