Here are three tips to protect and maintain your home for years to come :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Invest In Upkeep and Preventative Maintenance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Your home requires regular upkeep and care to prevent any issues from getting out of hand, which may be a new process to you if you&#8217;re a first-time homebuyer. A good first step is to create a property maintenance checklist where you break down all of the tasks and projects that need to be completed throughout the year (for example, complete HVAC maintenance before the winter months).
