However, if your client has the budget, and especially if your open houses have begun to pick up again, nothing beats a well-staged home.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When you\u2019re able to effectively stage a home, you\u2019re able to highlight the best aspects of a home which, in turn, often leads to a higher selling price.
