\nA home’s roof is an important consideration to people looking to rent or purchase a property. Damaged or inadequate roofing can lead to moisture leaks from rain or snow. Wind damage can worsen the roof’s condition. Check to see that the shingles are intact and nailed securely. Ensure that the gutters and downspouts are properly installed and free of leaks or rust.
