Even though these details are small, they can have a significant effect on how potential buyers feel when viewing your house. Tapping into the coziness of fall will better help potential buyers envision themselves living there during the colder months.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Maintaining Curb Appeal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Although many people focus on curb appeal during spring and summer, maintaining curb appeal is something that should be done no matter what season you\u2019re selling in.
