I find pricing a home at $350,000 rather than $349,900 is much more effective. We are in the digital world and Realtors set up searches online and the consumer searches online for homes. When everyone searches, they set parameters (for example $350,000-$450,000) if you are at $349,900 you will not be in the search! It creates the most exposure for the seller, which translates to a quicker sale.
