1. Embrace the season.<\/strong>
\nIt\u2019s the most wonderful time of the year, so show it in your home decor. An ornate wreath gracing the front door or whimsical stockings adorning the fireplace will set a cozy, festive tone. While you want to spread some holiday cheer with your decor, be cautious not to overdo it. A few well-placed seasonal items will go a long way. 4. Make sure your photos are topnotch.<\/strong>
\nHere\u2019s one of those tips for selling your home that applies all year long: Take topnotch photos. Most prospective buyers start their house hunting online, so give them high-quality, flattering pictures to browse through. If possible, show them what your home looks like in the sunny summer months as well.<\/p>\n
