The available space in a home is something that cannot be changed, at least without significant investment. Look to the future and try to estimate your future needs. Is there enough storage to meet your needs? While there may be enough room for your small children right now, what about when they turn into teenagers? Will there be enough space for all of the hockey gear, band instruments, and extra clothes?
