A real estate agent can be beneficial for a number of reasons and has the knowledge and education to ensure the transaction goes smoothly with little to no mistakes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you\u2019re still unsure about whether or not you need a realtor, the following five reasons should help you make your decision.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1. Access is Everything<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Surfing the Internet for listings is easy from the comfort of your own home, but a realtor has access to a number of databases that can\u2019t be found online.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hiring a real estate agent will allow you to take advantage of more properties that are up for sale in your price range and with your specifications.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2. Negotiating Power<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Competition is fierce in the housing market for both buyers and sellers.
