\nMost agents tend to feel unloved and lose interest with the client if the client insists that they discount their commissions. If you don\u2019t want pressure to take unacceptable offers or rush sales, avoid fewer commissions. Make sure that the agent knows that they are working or you for free until the property is sold. If they do a great job, then they deserve to be paid.<\/p>\n

6. Be Honest<\/strong>
\nGive the real estate agent all your parameters if you are looking to buying a property so that the agent doesn\u2019t waste your time. Make sure you let them know how much you would be able to spend on the property, your new tax plan, and where you prefer the property to be.
\nThis will allow the agent to take their time to find you the property that suits your needs. They will make sure that the properties they get you are within your price range.<\/p>\n

7. Be a Good Listener<\/strong>
\nYou need to allow listening to what the agent has to say. Never shut them down or decide to get defensive otherwise the relationship will not move forward.
