How about that deck or patio you\u2019ve been dreaming of?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The cost of a patio : $6,400<br \/>\nThe return : 102% at $6525<br \/>\nThe cost of a deck : $9,450<br \/>\nThe return : 106% at $10,000<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>#5 New Garage Door<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No surprise that a garage door replacement project made it onto this #winning list \u2014 a new garage door provides a big boost for your home\u2019s curb appeal at a relatively modest cost.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The cost : $2,300 (for a two-door)<br \/>\nThe return : 87% at $2,000<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are options galore, too. A host of factory-finish colors, wood-look embossed steel, and glass window insets are just some of the possibilities that\u2019ll give your doors bankable personality.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>#6 Insulation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Insulation is tucked out of sight, so it\u2019s often out of mind \u2014 that is, until you\u2019re forced to wear your parka indoors because it\u2019s sooo darn cold.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The cost : $2,100<br \/>\nThe return : 76% at $1,600 (plus the added savings on heating and cooling costs!)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>#7 New Siding<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In any color! And never paint again.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Those are two of the three benefits of vinyl siding.
